On 6 November, Kohei Saito will give a public lecture as part of the IEA “Practice What We Teach?” lecture series. On 7 November, Kohei Saito will lead a seminar discussing the topic “Capital in the Anthropocene – How can we, with Marx, learn from pre-capitalist and non-Western societies to imagine an architecture of degrowth?” This seminar, part of Prof. Tom Avermaete’s course “Postcolonial Theory and Architecture: Methodological Contemplations and Practical Implications,” will involve a pre-distributed text and
a student discussion facilitated by Kohei Saito.
