Research Assistant and PhD Researcher at the Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies, Department of Indian Studies, UZH.
PhD project title: Teaching a Language to Explain a Changing World: Commentarial Traditions of Nyāya-Vaiśeṣika Didactic Texts in Colonial India.

MA in History and Oriental Studies, specialization in Indology at Bologna University.
Dissertation title: Il Madhurāvijaya di Gaṅgādevī. Una traduzione dal sanscrito all'italiano con introduzione critica, appendici e note.

Research Interests

Indian philosophy (in particular Nyāya and Navyanyāya), Indian intellectual history (in particular in the Early Modern Period), Sanskrit and vernacular kāvya literature, Indian epigraphy and paleography, Carnatic music and musicology.
