سِرُّ التَّوبَةِ أو سِرُّ الاعْتِرافِ هَوَ أَحَدُ الأَسْرارِ السَّبْعَةِ المُقَدَّسَةِ في المَسيحيَّةِ، وَيَقومُ على الإقْرارِ بِالذَّنْبِ وَطَلَبِ الصَّفْحِ مِنَ اللهِ.
